Where imagination knows no bounds
Craft activities are far more than just "fun" additions to a school day—they are fundamental tools for holistic development. These activities are vital for students because they provide a holistic approach to development that textbooks alone cannot offer. Beyond being a creative outlet, these activities bridge the gap between physical coordination, emotional intelligence, and academic concepts. Unlike digital activities that offer instant results, crafts require patience and perseverance. Waiting for glue to dry or following complex step-by-step instructions trains students to maintain focus for longer durations and engaging in hands-on creativity acts as a "mental break," helping to reduce academic stress and anxiety. Pragrath, believe that art is the heartbeat of celebration. Through various craft activities and competitions, we strive to rediscover the joy of creating something by hand. From the flickering glow of a handmade diya to the serene elegance of a paper lotus, all events are designed to spark imagination. Diya Decoration and Lantern Making competitions are seasonal favourites that turn traditional symbols into personal masterpieces. Participants use vibrant paints, mirrors, and eco-friendly materials to breathe new life into earthen lamps. Flowers are central to Indian festivities, but at Pragrath, we make them last forever. on Buddha Purnima Lotus Making activity was conducted.
